Discover a new spin on the Chocolate Affaire for 2020, as the city of Glendale presents The Chocolate Experience, February 8-9.
Held at the Glendale Civic Center this year, the event will move from an outdoor festival to a more intimate experience, with select chocolatiers and confectioners, craft artisans, artistic performances, wine and chocolate pairings plus live music on the fountain terrace.
The event offers free admission and parking, as well as free shuttle rides to and from Cerreta Candy Company, for free tours of the candy factory. In addition, Cerreta’s will offer the popular chocolate-pizza making activity, outside the Glendale Civic Center for a fee.
Event hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The Glendale Civic Center is nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Glendale at 5750 W. Glenn Dr. While downtown, visit the many charming shops and renowned restaurants to complete the day.
The Chocolate Experience event is produced by the city of Glendale Public Facilities, Recreation & Special Events Department, and sponsored by Cerreta Candy Company.
